I bought a charge in April and got the app and it worked fine synced easily and recorded all exercise. In mid June I took the charge, but not the phone, to Canada for four weeks, it stayed on English time which was not an issue and when I came back tried to sync but did not happen.
Since then I have been unable to sync the charge with my phone I tried resetting the charge but it now shows the wrong date and time. I wiped the app from the phone and tried to reset everything as if it was a new set up but now I cannot download the app. I have tried on three different wifi hotspots, my home and my work, both of which are working fine with other equipment and a friends.
I have been trying two or three times a week to download at various times since mid July and to be honest my next step will probably be to take it back and try and get a refund which is a shame as when it does work it is quite good.
