edit: when skyrim nexus manager is open you can go to settings, then chose the skyrim tab and in that window will display where your directory is. Then you can proceed to delete that folder of your mod directory and then it will completly remove all skyrim mods from the nexus manager. I was wondering if I can delete all the mod download files in C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods and also the VirtualInstall folder, my thinking being that since all the mods are those folders are installed into my \steamapps\common\ folders for each of the games, then do I really need the files in the download and VirtualInstall folders. I know im a bit late, But dont click the brush, the one next to it, if you hover over it says "Purge all paused downloads", if you click that, it cleans your download, i did this, and my queue emptied!
